Shipping
We strive to deliver your order swiftly, safely, and with care. Here's how we handle it:
- Jewellery Orders
Orders placed before 2PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day. Orders after 2PM will ship the next working day.
While we do our best to ship on Saturdays, please allow Monday fulfilment for orders placed after 2PM on Friday- we're a small family business, and we’d rather set clear expectations than leave you disappointed. If your jewellery arrives sooner, count it as a bonus from the cosmos.
- Print-on-Demand Items
Clothing and printed items are fulfilled directly by our print partners and made-to-order, reducing waste and overproduction.
- UK-based items: Typically delivered within 4–7 working days.
- US-based items: May take up to 30 days, though it's usually quicker.
Returns, Replacements & Your Statutory Rights
We want you to love what you receive, but if something isn’t right, here’s what to expect:
- If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or doesn’t match your order, we’ll happily offer a free replacement or full refund.
-For POD items, issues are handled directly through our production partners. You’ll receive an email with a link to report problems. You're always welcome to contact us directly, but using the link provided usually leads to faster resolutions.
-For jewellery items, we want to hear from you directly. The fastest way to reach us is by clicking here - we’ll get to work sorting it straight away.
- To help us maintain the quality and integrity of our collection, we may occasionally request that a faulty item be returned to us for inspection or quality control.
- Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Hygiene Notice: Due to the personal nature of body jewellery, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on worn or unsealed items, unless they are faulty.
Distance Selling & Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to:
- Cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive it, no reason needed.
- Receive a full refund (including standard shipping) within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
If you’ve simply changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
But if we’re at fault, whether the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, don’t worry, we’ll cover the return shipping and make things right.
Exceptions to cancellation rights include:
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Sealed items (like body jewellery) that have been unsealed or worn
To cancel, simply contact us here, with your order details. Full instructions will be provided to return the item safely. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected, these include protection against faulty, misdescribed, or unfit-for-purpose goods.
