How is print-on-demand more sustainable than traditional manufacturing?

Print-on-demand (POD) only produces items when an order is placed, which means there’s no overproduction or excess inventory. This drastically reduces waste and prevents unsold products from ending up in landfills.

The fashion industry churns out approximately 92 million tonnes of textile waste every year, and the vast majority of it doesn’t get a second life. An estimated 87% of all clothing fibres are either burned or buried in landfills, while a mere 1% is recycled into new garments. We choose POD manufacturing to avoid contributing to this.

What materials do you use for your body jewellery?

We offer a curated range of materials to suit both everyday wear and long-term comfort. Wherever possible, we prioritise high-grade titanium for pieces intended for extended wear, chosen for its biocompatibility, durability, and lightweight feel.

But we get it, piercing jewellery has a habit of disappearing when you least expect it. That’s why we also stock a selection of affordable basics in surgical steel, perfect for those times when you need a reliable backup without breaking the bank.

For stretched piercings, you’ll find many of our pieces in PVD-coated surgical steel, with select styles crafted in glass, titanium, or wood to give you variety and freedom of expression.

How do I clean and care for my jewellery?

For healed piercings, clean your jewellery with warm water and mild soap or saline solution. Avoid harsh chemicals or alcohol. For fresh piercings, always follow your piercer’s aftercare instructions and avoid removing jewellery too soon.

How do I know what size I need?

We’ve created detailed size charts for all our jewellery and clothing to help you choose with confidence. Since we work with a variety of base products, each one has its own chart tailored to its specific measurements.

We know a sea of numbers can feel a little overwhelming at first, but don’t worry. You only need to check the chart that matches the item you’re eyeing up. Everything is laid out clearly so you’re not stuck guessing or buying multiples just to get the right fit.

How long will my items take to arrive?

If you place your order before 2PM (Monday–Friday), we’ll dispatch it the same working day. Orders placed after 2PM are shipped the next working day.
We do try to sneak in Saturday postal runs when possible- but as a small family business, we ask that anything ordered after 2PM Friday be expected to ship on Monday. That way, we set honest expectations, and hey, if it lands on your doorstep sooner, it’s just a happy bonus.

Print-on-Demand Orders
For clothing and other printed items, fulfilment is a little different. These are made just for you and shipped directly from our print partners. That means timelines are less predictable, but here’s what we’ve seen:

- UK-based POD items: Typically arrive within 4–7 working days.

- US-based POD items: May take up to 30 days depending on location and seasonal demand (though it’s usually quicker).

We know waiting isn’t always easy, but we believe in doing things right, not rushed. Choosing made-to-order over mass production helps us reduce waste, avoid overstock, and focus on quality pieces that feel worth the wait.
